WinPKR 20 Terms and Conditions — Know Your Rights and Responsibilities

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and WinPKR 20 ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the WinPKR 20 website or service, you accept these Terms unconditionally.

These Terms apply to all users of WinPKR 20, including registered players, visitors, and any person who interacts with the platform in any capacity. The Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and WinPKR 20.

WinPKR 20 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via email or on-platform notification.

To open a WinPKR 20 account and use the platform's betting and gaming services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. WinPKR 20 does not permit accounts for anyone under 18, no exceptions.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling under the laws that apply to you based on your location and personal circumstances.
• You must be acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You must not have previously been excluded or banned from WinPKR 20 for any reason.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep it up to date.

You are permitted to hold only one WinPKR 20 account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same details or different details — is a violation of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balances.

Your WinPKR 20 account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account credentials. Specifically:

• Keep your password and login details confidential. Do not share them with any other person.
• Notify WinPKR 20 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account via support@winpkr20.net.
• Ensure your registered mobile number and payment details remain accurate and current.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account, including family members.
• You are responsible for all bets, deposits, and withdrawals made from your account, whether made by you or by someone with whom you shared access.

WinPKR 20 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that is found to be in breach of these account rules, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice depending on the severity of the breach.

All transactions at WinPKR 20 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). WinPKR 20 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay (digital wallet)
• SadaPay (digital wallet)
• Bank Transfer (IBFT)
• Visa / Mastercard debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

Deposits are credited to your WinPKR 20 wallet in real time in most cases. Processing delays of up to 30 minutes may occur during high traffic periods or for first-time deposits undergoing security review.

Withdrawals are processed according to your VIP tier. Standard accounts receive withdrawal processing within 24 hours. VIP Gold and above accounts receive priority processing. Minimum withdrawal amounts, daily limits, and any applicable processing fees are detailed on the Deposit and Withdrawal page and are subject to change. Your VIP tier directly determines your daily withdrawal limit — this is stated clearly in the VIP Club section.

WinPKR 20 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, VIP cashback, and event-specific promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms unless specific terms override them:

• Bonuses are issued to your WinPKR 20 balance and may have associated wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. Each promotion will clearly state its wagering requirement where applicable.
• VIP cashback — the weekly cashback paid to Bronze through Diamond VIP members — carries zero wagering requirements and is immediately withdrawable.
• Welcome bonuses and other promotional bonuses typically carry a wagering requirement that will be stated in the specific promotion's terms. These requirements must be met using real-money stakes, not bonus funds.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash at face value (unless specifically a no-wagering cashback), or used in a manner that violates the specific promotion's terms.
• WinPKR 20 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus at any time if it believes the bonus is being abused or if the player is found to be in breach of these Terms.
• Players may only claim each welcome promotion once. Duplicate accounts created to claim a bonus multiple times will be closed and balances forfeited.

The following general betting rules apply across all WinPKR 20 products including sports betting, cricket markets, casino games, crash games, and live dealer tables:

• A bet is confirmed only when WinPKR 20 returns a bet confirmation reference. Bets that have not received confirmation are not valid.
• Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds that apply to that bet, except in cases of manifest error (see below).
• WinPKR 20 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that resulted from a manifest error — a clear and obvious pricing mistake. In such cases, the stake is returned to the player's balance.
• Live (in-play) bets on cricket and other sports are subject to delay. WinPKR 20 will not accept responsibility for bets placed after an event outcome has been determined, even if the platform has not yet updated the market status.
• WinPKR 20 may set individual betting limits per account, per market, or per event. These limits are applied at WinPKR 20's discretion, particularly for high-volume betting on the same outcome.
• Game outcomes in casino, slots, Andar Bahar, and crash games are determined by certified RNG (Random Number Generator) systems with independently audited RTPs. Game results are final once confirmed.

Specific betting rules for individual sports, markets, and game types are available within the relevant section of the WinPKR 20 platform and take precedence over these general rules where they conflict.

WinPKR 20 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The following tools are available to all registered players from the account settings section:

• Deposit limits — set a daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amount.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose in a defined period.
• Session time limits — receive alerts or automatic logouts after a set playing duration.
• Cooling-off periods — temporarily suspend your account for a set number of days.
• Self-exclusion — permanently close your account and request that WinPKR 20 prevent future re-registration using your details.

WinPKR 20 may, at its own initiative, apply limits or close an account where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a player's gambling behaviour has become harmful. This is not a penalty — it is a player protection measure and will be communicated to the player.

The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Opening more than one WinPKR 20 account, including using another person's identity.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or unintended game behaviours for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, particularly in poker or multi-player games.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform, including making large deposits and immediate withdrawals without proportionate gaming activity.
• Using the WinPKR 20 platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment and legitimate sports betting or gaming.
• Abusing the bonus or promotional system through coordinated multi-accounting or bonus exploitation strategies.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing towards WinPKR 20 staff or other players.

All content on the WinPKR 20 platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game graphics, promotional materials, website design, and software — is the intellectual property of WinPKR 20 or its licensed third-party game providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the WinPKR 20 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any WinPKR 20 content or materials.
• Use WinPKR 20's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any external context without written permission.
• Scrape, extract, or index any data or content from the WinPKR 20 platform by automated means.
• Reverse-engineer any software or system used by WinPKR 20.

Game content provided by third-party studios on the WinPKR 20 platform is subject to the intellectual property rights of those respective studios. WinPKR 20 operates under valid licensing agreements with all content providers.

WinPKR 20 provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and accept no liability for:

• Temporary platform unavailability due to maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's side during bet placement or game play.
• Losses attributable to a player's own error — including placing a bet on the wrong outcome, entering an incorrect stake amount, or misreading odds.
• The actions of third-party payment processors, including delays caused by Easypaisa, JazzCash, or banking infrastructure outside WinPKR 20's control.
• Losses resulting from a player sharing account credentials with a third party.

WinPKR 20's total liability to any individual player for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

WinPKR 20 collects and processes personal data as necessary for the provision of its services, including account registration, payment processing, identity verification (KYC), and customer support. The types of data collected include:

• Identity data: name, CNIC number, date of birth.
• Contact data: mobile number, email address.
• Financial data: payment method details, transaction history.
• Technical data: device type, IP address, login timestamps.
• Gaming data: bet history, game play patterns, deposit and withdrawal activity.

WinPKR 20 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared only with payment processors as required to complete transactions, and with regulatory or law enforcement bodies when legally required.

Minor changes — such as clarifying existing language, correcting typos, or updating contact information — may be made without specific notification. The "Last Reviewed" date at the top of this document will always reflect the most recent update.

If you disagree with a change to these Terms, you must stop using WinPKR 20 and may request account closure by contacting our support team. Continued use of the platform after a Terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
